Product Description

        1.For three screw cap Juice or Milk,we can design washing machine+filling,capping machine.Or washing,filling
and capping machine.The most important part is filling part and capping part.
        1.1 Filling part:

       Filling machine adopt German technology,Structure characteristic:
  (1) filling valve adopt normal micro-negative pressure filling valve, filling flexible and high precision.
  (2) adopts double guide pole structure.
  (3) main drives adopt mechanical freestanding gear, high efficiency, low noise, long service life, easy to maintain, lubricate well. Frequency converter controls the main motor and makes the machine speed changeable. The operation table and base are all made of carbonization steel with stainless steel as cover.
  (4) The whole machine is automatic such as bottle storage and cap storage and so on all controlled by PLC.
  (5) key part and electricity parts all adopt imported products.
  (6) there are connection for CIP washing system.

     P.S.:The adjustment of the filling speed can adjust the vacuum degree control valve on the vacuum reflux device. Pay attention to the high vacuum degree, which will accelerate the filling speed, but too high vacuum degree will cause It is not allowed to draw too much liquid into the vacuum pump. Therefore, a suitable vacuum degree has a faster filling speed without excessive liquid being drawn into the vacuum pump.


     1.2 Capping part.
        
       The three-spin cap head is mainly composed of cap grab head, inner and outer magnetic ring, bearing and so on. The function of the cap grabbing head is to accurately take the smooth three-screw cap into the cap mold during the rotation process. The function of the inner and outer magnetic ring is to use the magnetic force to tightly seal the cap on the glass bottle mouth during the rotation process. When the cap torque reaches the set torque, the magnetic ring slips to ensure that the glass bottle mouth will not be damaged due to too much tightening force.
