Product Description

1.Based on the oversea advanced technique, this machine is specially developed and manufactured coping with the tendency of high-speed and high-yield in the domestic and overseas blow-molding field. It is adapted to blowing PET bottles for purified water and mineral water. This machine is reasonable with the structure, saving with the area, small expense with the air, and stable with the operation. According with the related national sanitary standard for foodstuff, it is the ideal equipment for enterprises worldwide.
 
2. Main structure
This equipment adopts two-steps method for molding, making use of bottle preforms, fulfilling the following steps to blow bottles:
 
Main flow:  preform loading → preform detaching→ preform fetching → heating → mould joining → sealing → pulling → first blowing → second blowing → mould detaching → bottle taking
 
The whole working process is full automatic, with a monitor system during the above process.
 
2.1 Touch screen is adapted in the whole process of operation. The running speed, production account, trouble category are all displayed in the screen in both Chinese and English versions. It is automatic to record the related information, the time of trouble happening, the category of trouble, etc., whenever a trouble happens to fulfill the person to machine conversation.
2.2 The specially designed two-steps blowing system assures the quality of molding to be stable and to be accord with the related technical standard.
2.3 Seven infrared temperature-controls are adopted with heater, which is digital automatic regulator and temperature-control system.
2.4 The heating temperature can be adjusted according to the different bottle preform from different customers. Software bags are included for blowing every kind of bottle.
2.5 Full-automatic preform settling machine and preform elevator are equipped.

Main structure and function
4.1 Preform loading section
It is equipped with bottle preform hopper to store, preform elevator to convey, double path roller to settle, forming the disordered preforms up into the next conveyor, which gives the way to the step of preform detaching. The preform detaching device adopts a cylinder, which fulfill the preform entering the bottle preform plate automatically for the next step of preform fetching. The above devices have the advantages of preform loading stably, preform detaching efficiently, running steadily, which shorten the producing period and improve the capability of the whole machine.
4.2 Preform fetching section
It is equipped with mechanical hand to fetch the preforms, making the preforms to move around, go up and down, clip and overturn through the combination of the engine, electricity and air, which is economical and efficient.
4.3 Heating device
Seven infrared temperature-controls are adopted with heater, which is digital automatic regulator and temperature-control system. It is available to set the related heating temperature in accordance with different bottle preforms from different clients.
After the bottle preforms have been covered on the seat, they start to revolve drove by the servomotor and enter into the heating device. While the bottle preforms are revolving, they are rotating themselves, which assures that each preform can be heated equably and adequately. Cooling areas are set between each heating trunk so that the preforms be heated equably.
4.4 Mould joining section
It is composed by a cylinder drive and two slip blocks installed symmetrically. When the cylinder works, the two winch blocks are in the state of being locked. Thus, it gives enough strength to insure the efficient of preform-blowing. The open shelve between the frontal cyclostyle and hinder cyclostyle is fixed. The two cyclostyles run oppositely or contrarily, which has the following advantages:  First, it gives convenience when the moulds need changing for different bottles. Second, after being used for long time, the interfaces of the mould will be frayed. This won't affect the blow-molding. This rises up the using period of moulds. It is worth to emphasize that five magnetic switches are adopted with the cylinder drive to control, which help the mould-joining and mould-detaching move accurately and steadily. Otherwise, the mould-joining and mould-detaching will cause mechanical shake to affect the other devices working unsteadily.
4.5 Pulling and blowing section
Special made sealing device is adopted. It is convenient for sealing the preform seat, pulling, first blowing and second blowing. It is worth to emphasize that this device adopts first blowing and second blowing. The first blowing works with low pressure air to pull the preform. The second blowing works with high pressure air to blow in order to make the bottle plump. The high pressure air can be expelled quickly, which shorten the blowing period. Therefore, the quality of the product will be assured and the working efficiency will be improved.
4.6 Bottle taking section
It is equipped with mechanical hand to fulfill the movement automatically, making the bottle to be clipped, to overturn, to go up and down, to move around through the combination of the engine, electricity and air, which is economical and efficient.
4.7 Trouble diagnosis automatically
In respect of servicing and running, it is the electronic control board with PLC that all the movement of the machine be controlled. Once there is trouble happened, alarm signal and a trouble diagnosis report will be showed to the operator, which gives the hint for the operator to find the trouble resource and solve the problem.
