       In beverage production, sugar and water are mixed, then concentrated juice is added, and then aloe vera gel particles are added to the hot and cold tank, sterilized by a tube sterilizer, and then enter the filling machine for filling. Then it is labeling, coding and packaging.



1.Water treatment


       "Water treatment equipment" is to remove some harmful substances in the water that are not needed for production and life through various physical and chemical means. This type of equipment filters and purifies water.
        Beverage production requires a clean water source. If it is mineral water, it will condense and precipitate with juice, so we need a pure water source.

2.Syrup boiler/High shear

     In beverage production, a large amount of sucrose is needed. If the syrup boiler fails to meet the output requirements, high shear is required to quickly break and melt the sugar.

3.Mixing tank

There is a manhole on the batching tank, which is the entrance for batching and cleaning.
 

 

4.Tubular sterilizer (U.H.T)

     The juice needs to be sterilized,pulp juice can only pass through the tube sterilizer. The sterilizer can adjust the sterilization time and sterilization temperature.
