Product Description

QHS - 50 beverage mixing machine is used for producing all kinds of carbonated beverages (Mixing with water, syrup, and CO2), for example lemon, coca cola so on. It is the main equipment in the whole beverage production line. (It is the key device especially for middle and higher standard beverage manufacturer).

 
Characteristics:
(1). This machine adopts advanced technical in chemical field. - Static Mixing device (also called carbonization device), it has several advantages such as big acreage of air liquid transmission, low losing for resistance, higher efficiency, low wasting for energy resource, and compact structure, it also adopts multi-grade centrifugal pump, which has favorable performance and low noise. It ensures well performance for the whole equipment.
(2). Mixing ratio is precise and easy for adjusting. This machine can conveniently adjust the ratio and quantity of syrup and water without changing any components.
(3). This machine can conveniently adjust gas quantity of carbonation in terms of the requirement.
(4). This machine has complete automatic controlling system; it has advantage of concise structure, harmonious working action, continuous producing, and higher automatic performance.
(5). This machine has cleaning procedure in original position, favorable structure, it can conveniently sterilize with chemical, hot sterilization and rinsing with sanitized water to meet the rules' requirement of food's sanitation.

No.	Malfunction	Cause	Trouble-shooting
1	The level of  syrup inside the syrup filter is not full enough or there are many bubbles.	The pressure of syrup entry is continuously lower than 0.01MPa; or Flux is not enough; or pipe resistance is big or blocked; or any leakage of pipe or one-way vlave occurs.	Take respective measures: increase the pressure; or flux; or decrease the resistance; or check and repair the pipes and valves.
2	The pump is running without any output of liquid.	There is air existing inside the pump.	Pour relative liquid into the pump to drive the air out.
3	The flow of water to the water tank is weak.	Sprayer in the water tank is jammed; or the pressure inside is high; or the vacuum in the deaerator tank is high.	Stop, clean the sprayer; or lower the pressure; or lower the vacuum.
4	Pneumatic valve can not be opened or too slowly opened.	The respective solenoid has problem; or the air input or output is not proper.	Check the solenoid valve; or adjust the air input or output proper.
5	The syrup tank can not be filled with syrup.	There is air existing inside the pump;or floating-ball liquid level instrument fails; or one way valve fails; or the pump fails.	Drain the air in the pump; or repair the floating-ball liquid level instrument or one-way valve; or proper operation of pump.
6	There is water in the CO2 reflux release valve; or one-way valve leakage.	Mis-operation or one-way valve fails.	Proper operation; or dismantle the release valve drain the water and dry it; or check the one-way valve and clean it.
