1.De-capper machine.
The automatic capping machine is a supporting production equipment for the production line of 3 gallons and 5 gallons of barreled drinking water (adjustable, 3 gallons and 5 gallons for dual use). It is especially suitable for the automatic removal of the cover of the recycling bin before cleaning, which significantly improves labor efficiency, reduces the secondary pollution of manual removal to a greater extent and reduces the labor intensity of the operators. The whole is made of high-quality stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The main electrical components are all SIEMENS and OMRON products, and the gas circuit components are imported AIRTAC products.
2.Outer bottle brushing machine.
Under the conveying force of the conveyor belt, the barrel enters the outer barrel cleaning machine and closely adheres to the main rotating brush. The running direction of the main rotating brush and the traveling direction of the barrel and the rotating brush at the bottom of the barrel rotate in reverse. The barrel completes a compound movement of one revolution and four revolutions under the action of the dial. The flushing water pump continuously sprays water or cleaning agent to each brush, and it is collected by the lower water receiving tray and then enters the cleaning agent water tank for recycling. The barrel passes through 270° in the outer barrel cleaning machine, enters the spray room after revolution, and is output by the conveyor belt after being sprayed and washed. The spray water or cleaning agent in the spray room comes from the same washing water pump, and is collected by the lower water receiving pan and then enters the same washing water tank for recycling.
3.Washing,filling and capping 3 in 1 machine for barrel
The QGF-450 barreled line is the core equipment for the production line of 3 gallon and 5 gallon barreled drinking water. It is an ideal equipment for the production of mineral water, distilled water and pure water. This machine is an all-in-one machine for washing, filling and capping. It adopts a cylinder gland, and the valve has a CAP return function. The cover is designed for one hour output. The flushing pressure is displayed. The product water must be 316 pipe fittings. The internal pressure is not Less than 0.28MPA, the time is not less than 16 seconds, and the external impact pressure is about 0.2MPA. There are heating devices for lye and disinfectant respectively. The main electrical components are all SIEMENS and OMRON products, and the gas circuit components are imported AIRTAC products. Both the inner and outer nozzles for washing the barrel adopt the unique technical equipment of imported American spray company. The line equipment has compact structure, high working efficiency, stability and reliability, sensitive and correct action, and high degree of automation. 4.Steam shrink machine for cap
The temperature of the heat-shrinking machine is continuously adjustable, suitable for a variety of heat-shrinkable films, and can also be adapted to different speeds. The use of high-heat materials, good insulation performance, and low energy consumption
5.Drying machine
The main function of the Drying machine is to dry the water droplets on the 5 gallon barrel for later labeling and packaging.
6.Plastic bag packing machine.
The barrels that need to be packaged go through the barrel conveying mechanism along the channel formed by the bottle separating mechanism to reach the packaging area. The signal is given by the photoelectric detection head on the upper part of the dial, the bottle conveying machine stops, and the bottle pushing mechanism moves forward when the packaging bottle reaches the sealing and cutting position along the bottle guide mechanism together with the film, and at the same time, the previous packaging bottle that has been coated last time is pushed When entering the power conveyor belt output machine, the film feeding mechanism also works at the same time. Then the heat sealing cutter moves downward to complete the sealing and cutting function. The above process is repeated continuously to achieve packaging automation.

8.Semi-auto de-capping&bottle brushing machine
BS-1 type cover pulling and brushing bucket machine, used for pulling the lid of 5 gallon barrels of empty drinking water barrels, brushing inside and outside. Integrating cover pulling, inner brushing, outer brushing, and spraying, the four working states are completed in one working cycle, turning the tedious manual barrel washing process into semi-automatic.
First put the empty barrel perpendicular to the position of pulling out the lid, step on the cylinder switch with your foot, and the lid will fall from the discharge opening. Then open the cover, put the empty barrel on the rack vertically, close the cover and the machine will work automatically. The cleaning action is realized by brushing inside and outside and spraying inside and outside. The cleaning fluid has a water tank and is recycled through a water pump.

5 Gallon washing,filling and capping 3 in 1 machine working process:
The barreling line can be divided into three steps: washing, filling and capping according to its functions. The working process is as follows:
(1) The barrel inlet mechanism inserts the opening of the empty barrel into the barrel holder, and the chain moves one station between the empty barrels. At this time, the empty barrel is inverted, and then it is washed.
(2) There are 4 processes in the washing process: the first is washing with acid and alkali; the second is washing with cleaning liquid; the third is washing with circulating water; the fourth is washing with pure water.
(3) The clean bucket after washing is rotated 45 degrees with the chain, and the plastic bucket slides out onto the bucket rack by itself. Then the barrel turning cylinder turns the clean barrel onto the conveyor chain.
(4) The clean barrel is transported to the filling position, and the filling valve is pushed by the cylinder to extend into the barrel mouth, automatically exhausting and filling. The filling time is set by PLC, and the time can be corrected by using the multi-function buttons on the panel according to the height of the liquid level to reach the best position. After filling to a certain level, the excess water is returned to the pure water tank through the automatic exhaust port to reduce the waste of pure water.
(5) After the filling is finished, the lid of the barrel filled with pure water is pressed onto the lid by the capping chain, and the whole production process is over.
