Product Description
TG series tubular sterilizer is widely used in the food industry, like heating of milk, juice, beverage or other similar heat-sensitive products, with service life more than 3-6 months, which is the advanced full automatic sterilizing system in China.
The equipment adopts the international advanced computer program control technology, to control the whole production, monitor the system works under aseptic condition strictly. If work overtime, it will start the sterilizing procedure automatically, to start sterilizing of equipment again, and then turn to production status to go on with production.
There's CIP cleaning system on the machine to make automatic cleaning.

Cooling water, tap water and ice water pipes: To choose the suitable diameter of the pipes according to the total flux, the inlet pressure should between 0.2~0.25Mpa, the cleaning water will be used as washing and recycling water, so will be with good quality, and softened properly.

The structure of ultra temperature instantaneous sterilizer. Inside the main machine, there is pressure container---high temperature tank, which is used for steam storage. The outside of tank is double-tubes coil pipe, which is used for cold-hot exchanging for input and output material. Inside of tank installs spiral single tube , which is used for indirect heating.
