Product Description

Model JC-M/L/X series Automatic Labeling Machines are designed for accurate wet glue labeling of tubular round bottles at their upright position.  A continuous straight-through intake mechanism is adopted to provide a simple and versatile labeling operation.
 
Label packed in the label box is gummed with small amount of glue from rubber roller and is taken away by a revolving turret to a vacuum drum where it peels off by a label tranfor jaw and is held to the label carrier belt. The belt advances and moves the label toward a point where the label is applied to an arriving bottle. The bottle with its label is then rolled along a rubber-faced presser with which a complete and firm adhesion is ensured.
 
To ensure a perfect labeling and smooth machine operation, operators are suggested to make note of the following points:
 
Glue application:
The best available glue for the labeling operationof these machines is PVA glue type P2420 made by Chang Chun Petro-Chemical Co., Taiwan. Other equivalent glues are also possible for use with the machine.
 
When applying, it is best to have only a thin layer of glue on the transfer rubber roller. This will ensure a thin, stickyand fast drying film being applied onto the label. Too much glue on the rubber surface would only lessen the stickiness of glue film, deposit the extra amount of glue onto the pickup jaw, vacuum drum, belt, presser plate.    
 
Label management:
Only a flat and clean label would guarantee a presentable bottle
labeling. Keep labels in a dry place and have them bundled
between hard flat plates.
 
The fiber direction must be in Vertical and Interior shrinkage.
 
Bottle management:
Bottles should be kept clean free from grease, moisture and dirts.
