1.Unpiler
Depalletizers are used for loading and unloading boxes. The machine is a key equipment on the can packaging production line. It destacks various metal cans, glass bottles and heavy plastic bottles in layers.
2.can filling machine.
DGC18-4,the machine is suitable for filling and sealing the can (tinplate) of non-carbonated beverage such as juice,tea.
The machine is divided into two positions:filling and sealing.The filling part is using the normal pressure filling method.The liquid
level is controlled by the liquid level filling principle.Both normal temperature filling and high temperature filling can be adapted.
Also,the double-wheel progressive sealing method is used.

Sterilization is very important part of juice production,if the juice is pure juice,plate model is ok.Plup juice must use U.H.T.
Because pulp will block the plate heat exchanger of plate type sterilization.And then is pasteurizer show&cooler for sterilizing
for the outside of the bottle/can,and cooling it for after packing.
4.CIP
The CIP equipment is used to clean on site material pipes and devices of the industries like milk products, juice, beer, beverage and etc. A centrifugal pump is used in CIP to convey cleaning liquid into material pipes and equipment to force the cleaning liquid to circulate to make cleaning without taking apart pipes or equipment. With the system the equipment availability can be improved and intensity of labor lessened.
