3. Main principle
This machine applies an 11.8kw frequency reducer as main motor. The main motor drives wore wheel around, and drives conveyor system, washing system, filling system and capping system to realize the whole procedure from inlet bottle-washing bottle-filling bottle-capping bottle-output bottle. The motors and electrical components are all used Siemens. Pneumatic components are used PESTO brand.
Conveyor system: The conveyor system is driven by chain. The components of guard
sheet are changeable according to the size of bottle offered by customer.
b. Rinsing system: When bottle enters the gripper, the gripper clamps bottle tightly. The guide rod moves with guide rail and drives main body of gripper rotate with axial and cause gripper turns over (180 degrees). Thus to wash the bottles clean.
c. Filling system: This unit is composed of inlet material tank, reflux material tank and filling
valve and height adjustable device.
d. Control system: This unit is composed of regulator cubicle and PLC control system. It can be easy to operate on the touch screen.
It is a good representative of advanced filling technology imported from abroad and a number of patents of our company. It is wholly automatic and washing, filling and capping are combined into one.
Bottles flow from air channel to bottle-in star wheel, then to washing system, next to filling system, then to capping system via a series of star wheels, last to the bottle-out conveying chain.
The machine features high-level automation, reliability and simplicity of operation, scientific flow process, and consistency with national food sanitation standards. It employs safety device such as bottle-block, bottle-absence, cap-absence and over-loaded and so on.
