The automatic capping machine is a supporting production equipment for the production line of 3 gallons and 5 gallons of barreled drinking water (adjustable, 3 gallons and 5 gallons for dual use). It is especially suitable for the automatic removal of the cover of the recycling bin before cleaning, which significantly improves labor efficiency, reduces the secondary pollution of manual removal to a greater extent and reduces the labor intensity of the operators. The whole is made of high-quality stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The main electrical components are all SIEMENS and OMRON products, and the gas circuit components are imported AIRTAC products.
Under the conveying force of the conveyor belt, the barrel enters the outer barrel cleaning machine and closely adheres to the main rotating brush. The running direction of the main rotating brush and the traveling direction of the barrel and the rotating brush at the bottom of the barrel rotate in reverse. The barrel completes a compound movement of one revolution and four revolutions under the action of the dial. The flushing water pump continuously sprays water or cleaning agent to each brush, and it is collected by the lower water receiving tray and then enters the cleaning agent water tank for recycling. The barrel passes through 270° in the outer barrel cleaning machine, enters the spray room after revolution, and is output by the conveyor belt after being sprayed and washed. The spray water or cleaning agent in the spray room comes from the same washing water pump, and is collected by the lower water receiving pan and then enters the same washing water tank for recycling.

The main function of the Drying machine is to dry the water droplets on the 5 gallon barrel for later labeling and packaging.
The barrels that need to be packaged go through the barrel conveying mechanism along the channel formed by the bottle separating mechanism to reach the packaging area. The signal is given by the photoelectric detection head on the upper part of the dial, the bottle conveying machine stops, and the bottle pushing mechanism moves forward when the packaging bottle reaches the sealing and cutting position along the bottle guide mechanism together with the film, and at the same time, the previous packaging bottle that has been coated last time is pushed When entering the power conveyor belt output machine, the film feeding mechanism also works at the same time. Then the heat sealing cutter moves downward to complete the sealing and cutting function. The above process is repeated continuously to achieve packaging automation.
