This equipment adopts two-steps method for molding, making use of bottle preforms, fulfilling the following steps to blow bottles:
Main flow: preform loading → preform detaching→ preform fetching → heating → mould joining → sealing → pulling → first blowing → second blowing → mould detaching → bottle taking
The whole working process is full automatic, with a monitor system during the above process.
Touch screen is adapted in the whole process of operation. The running speed, production account, trouble category are all displayed in the screen in both Chinese and English versions. It is automatic to record the related information, the time of trouble happening, the category of trouble, etc., whenever a trouble happens to fulfill the person to machine conversation.
The specially designed two-steps blowing system assures the quality of molding to be stable and to be accord with the related technical standard.
Seven infrared temperature-controls are adopted with heater, which is digital automatic regulator and temperature-control system.
The heating temperature can be adjusted according to the different bottle preform from different customers. Software bags are included for blowing every kind of bottle.
Full-automatic preform settling machine and preform elevator are equipped.
