This machine is made of stainless steel as a small tank which contains precision filter membrane. It only allows un-treated water go through the membrane, and does not allow any liquid go through other parts, so it can filter the un-treated water. It also can be used in petroleum industry, pharmacy industry, wine industry, beverage industry and higher quality water industry.
The precision filter with folding polypropylene is a fixed high-profile filter. The functional structure is wholly made of polypropylene and the filter element adopts polypropylene hot melting membranes without surface activity binders, thus it is of broad chemical adaptability. The filter precision is from 0.1um to 60um and free from the affection of the vibration of pressure of entering water.
It features low pressure differentiation, high flux, multi-time washing, precision and long life cycle. Substituting for other un-fixed filters it is ideal for pre-filtering or precise filtering. The end cover is hot welted and the side seam employs ultrasonic weld method, thus it being fixed tightly and no release of pollutant. The functional material is in accordance with USP (United States Pharmacopoeia).
