Product Description

This equipment is designed and manufactured by taking into account many Users' suggestions. It changes previous water- inlet and water-outlet direction, thus bettering filter effect and becoming more favorable.
 
This equipment is a kind of mechanical filter device which consists of layers of sands, fine garnets and other material. It adopts the principle that makes the different sizes of particles in the water filtered layer by layer. The big particle is removed on the top layer, and the smaller particle will be removed on the deep layer. This makes the water quality meet the rough filtering standard, reduce SDI value, meet further water treatment requirements. It is an ideal filter equipment for drink water, food, beverage, pharmacies, chemistry industry.
 
This equipment has merits of simple structure, convenient operation. It is mainly used for removing suspended substances. This equipment can be aligned with other equipments and widely used in water purifying, recycle water purifying, sewage water treatment projects.

This equipment is consists of top end plate, down end plate, cylinder and discharge mouth and etc. This equipment is made of stainless steel which has advantage of corrosion resistance and hygiene. There is manometer and safety valve on the top to control pressure. The discharge mouth is used for output material. This equipment has backwash pipe and backwash valve, which are used to clean filter material when necessary.
