Bottles flow from air channel to bottle-in star wheel, then to washing system, next to filling system, then to capping system via a series of star wheels, last to the bottle-out conveying chain.
The machine features high-level automation, reliability and simplicity of operation, scientific flow process, and consistency with national food sanitation standards. It employs safety device such as bottle-block, bottle-absence, cap-absence and over-loaded and so on.
Before starting the machine please check safety device and the emergence stop button workable and assure the followings:Only relevant staff can approach the machine. No irrelevant material inside the machine such as tools or dust cloth.If any discrepancy of the sounds occurs, please stop and check the machine.All the safety wears shall be reliable and can not be elicited by any moving part. Anyone with long hair needs to wear hair-cover.Warning:
In order to change to another type of product, the readjusting of machine shall be carried out by specialized members and the main switch shall be turned off and the emergence button be stopped.
The monitoring of qualified member is necessary for every operating and run of the machine. When any malfunction is indicated, please stop the machine. Any inspection or repairing should be carried out by qualified members after turning off the power and pushing the emergence button.
Before running the machine, please be sure of informing every one who is involved with the repairing.
Keep the irrelevant ones away from the machine.
Don't clean the electrical unit with water or other liquid.
When and only the air pressure is decreased, the repairing of the system shall be carried out.
When inspecting the electrical system, be sure of that you cut off the power and the machine is well earthed.
When the power is isolated, please assure that unexpected circulation can not occur.
When cleaning, the member shall wear turtle working clothes, glove, glasses so as to resist the erosion of strong acid or alkali.
