PRODUCTS AND TECHNOLOGY
Q1: What types of beverage machinery do you mainly produce?
A: We provide complete beverage production line equipment, including water treatment systems, mixing tanks, sterilizers (UHT/pasteurization), filling machines (aseptic/room temperature), blow molding machines, labeling machines, packaging machines, etc., suitable for water, juice, tea beverages, carbonated beverages, dairy products, etc.
Q2: Can the equipment be adapted to different packaging types (such as PET bottles, glass bottles, and aluminum cans)?
A: Yes, our filling machines and packaging lines can be modularly designed to accommodate various containers. Different machines are adapted to different packaging types, and we provide technical guidance.
Q3: How automated is the production line? Does it require a lot of manual operation?
A: Our equipment can achieve fully automated production. From raw material processing to finished product packaging, everything is centrally controlled by the PLC/industrial control computer. Each line only requires 1-3 inspection personnel, significantly reducing labor costs.
PROCUREMENT & CONFIGURATION
Q4: How much investment is needed for a complete beverage production line?
A: The investment amount depends on capacity, automation level, and process complexity. A small line (3000-6000 bottles/hour) costs approximately 700,000-1,500,000 RMB, while a medium-sized line (6000 bottles/hour and above) costs approximately 2,000,000 RMB and above. We will provide customized solutions and quotations based on your needs.
Q5: How long does it take from order placement to equipment delivery?
A: The delivery time for standard models is approximately 60-90 days, while customized production lines require 90-120 days. The specific time depends on the configuration complexity and order schedule.
Q6: Can you provide factory layout and water, electricity, and steam demand planning?
A: Yes, we will provide detailed factory layout diagrams, equipment foundation diagrams, and a list of water, electricity, and steam (pressure, flow) requirements after the contract is signed.
