| washer: 14 heads This machine is rotary washer, it is mainly used to wash bottle of drink, mineral water and others. New bottles get into the equipment through star wheel and the bottleneck is clamped and rotary from up to down, then wash it. After it, bottlemouth is upside, finally to filler by exit star wheel. All the parts connecting to washing material and outside frame are made of stainless steel, machine is running by gear. There is water storage plate equipped bottle washing water recycle. When washing, the washing water consumption for different bottle: 0.5/0.6L >90ML 1.25/1.5L>150ML After washing, rest water in bottle: 0.5/0.6L<2ML 0.25/1.5<4ML b. filler: 12 heads We introduce Germany technology into the filler and design micro-pressure filling theory and make it come true. Micro-pressure filling valve makes filling faster and more precise of filling level. Double-pole is for middle middle guide. Main transmission adopts gears, which is with high efficiency, less noise, long life, convenient maintenance and good lubrication. Frequent inverter is used to control the speed of main motor. The whole operation table and base is made carbonation steel covered with stainless steel. Bottle guide system is simple. The neck clamping structure can be adjusted according to bottle shape. The whole machine is auto. PLC is used to control bottle feeding, shortage and cap feeding, shortage. Critical elements are all imported. It has CIP connect hole. c. capper: 4 heads The plate rotates by gear. Caps leaves hoper from cap exit under the action of centrifugal force. There is a separation device for inverse caps, when inverse caps go through it, they will fall into back-pipe, and blow into cap feeding hoper by wind.
