Working principle
when the photoelectronic switch on the hopper of filling machine inspects caps are lower than down level, blower starts and vibrator of cap storage tank operates, air cylinder under the tank opens, than cap feeding.
when the photoelectronic switch on the hopper of filling machine inspects caps are lower than up level, vibrator of cap storage tank stops, air cylinder under the tank go back to the original status(piston is at the status of stretch, that is block plate stops caps), blower is at the status of delay stop(delay 0-60s, adjustable) cap stops.
As the caps are used, when caps decrease to be lower than down level, repeat step one.
