Working Process and Structure

1)  Working process
Bottle warehouse    Bottle hopper   Bottle unscramble     Star wheel for bottle-out     Air channel.
 
PET bottles from ware house are manually put into the Bottle hopper of the bottle-elevator, then by belt-lifting go to the cylinder-like bottle-unscrambler, where the bottles are unscrambled , then the bottles in good order are pushed by the star wheel to the air channel and further to the belt conveyor. All are PLC controlled.
 
2) Structure
a) Bottle-elevator
Consisting of Hopper, Belt and Frame, the elevator's motor is controlled by the one sensor for inspecting the bottle-loading inside the unscrambler.
 
 
                            
b) Bottle-unscrambling part
Consisting of main body, bottle hanger and star wheel for bottle-out, its main body passes the bottles to bottle hanger, and bottle hanger inverts the bottles, and passes them to the star wheel and further to the air channel. Starting of Main body is automatic-controlled by checking of the bottle quantity on air channel.
If machine is stopped due to breakdown, like star wheel is locked, must stop power didn't turn on machine until breakdown is excluded. 
If bottle is locked in warehouse, stop machine, press button on side of electric control box. Make machine Reverse running to exclude the appearance of bottle locked.
 

3). Installation, adjustment and trial run

3.1. Installation of equipment
When the equipment leaves factory, it employs separate packages. The equipment installation does not use foundation bolt for fixing the equipment, just adjust the bottom bolt of equipment to keep level and make the equipment stand stable and reliable.
 
Connect with electrical wire, gas resource, keep safety device running well.
Keep the air and compressed air clean to avoid bottle contamination.
 
3.2 Equipment Adjustment
 
After equipment installed well, first check the connection is not loosen, and add lubrication, then get through power. Use inching method to check motor running direction, if there is no mistake, can start running the machine, and check over all the equipment when it is of null run. If the equipment is running in normal condition, User can adjust parameter data.
 
3.2.1 Adjust elevator structure
 
First should adjust the position between elevator structure and bottle unscrambler, adjust two sides of screws under the belt. Make sure that the belt is running in the middle of frame.
 
3.2.2 Adjustment of bottle unscrambling mechanism.
 
Before this equipment leaves factory, it has been adjusted well, normally do not need adjustment any more. But because of long term transportation, the belt may be loosened or it is not running in conformity with star wheel, and should adjust them well.
Synchronous belt: Loosen the lock bolt for tension pulley, adjust tension pulley ensuring that synchronous belt's tightness is proper, then tighten the lock bolt for tension pulley.
Star wheel: Loosen the star wheel adjustment screw bolt, then rotate the star wheel to synchronous position, and tighten star wheel adjustment screw bolt.
 
3.3. Equipment trial run
Before testing the machine, should check all over driving system according to specification, after check there is no problem, can be operated and carry out trial running by operator who has been trained.

3.3.1 Equipment trial running without loading
Equipment trial running means running without bottle, and inspect if each rotate and drive system is normal.
 
3.3.2 Equipment trial running with loading
Adjust the system according to the specification designed data, after adjust system well, should trial stable running for one hour or two hours, after approved qualified, it can used for production. As soon as found abnormal, the operator should push the emergency stop bottom according to remark, or cut off start bottom or cut off power of the whole machine.
