This machine is fit for juice or tea drinks production line. Tunnel-like model is designed for Shower-cooling sector, which is fit for serving the filled containers in the beverage production line. The containers are transported by the conveying system into the tunnel of Shower-cooling sector and in different temperature zone are cooled by water spray of different temperature. The machine is widely applied to the sterilizing and cooling of bottles, or PET, or cans for hot-filling beverage.
The shower-cooling sector consists of four zones of different temperature. The structure includes Framework, Water tank, Belt net of heat-resistant engineering plastic, and Driving system, Water recycling system, Water-inlet, water-outlet and electric box and etc.
Step-less adjusting of speed is employed in the driving system featuring wide adjusting range and feasibility. The centrifugal pump in Water recycling system is of features of low pump head and torrent flux. The quick-detachable nozzles have a wide range of spraying, a good effect of fragmentation and evenness. The cooling resource is the cool pure water. Thermoplastic net belts are employed featuring good stability, low friction, chemical-resisting and avoiding poor-scraped bottoms of containers.
The machine is an ideal option for sterilization and cooling of hot beverage. It is hygienic, of gratifying appearance, of simple operation and maintenance.
