Product Description
1) This machine is mainly used in the beverage filling iperation;
2) The three functions of bottle washing, filling and capping are composed in one body of the machine;
3) Installed with temperature controlling device, the whole process is atuomatic with filling juice and tea-beverage in bottles made of polyester and plastics;
4) The machine is convenient to adjust the machine to fill various types of bottles;
5) The filling operation is faster and more stable due to the micro-negative pressure filling operation of the new type is adopted;
6) The output and benefit of the machine is higher than the machinery of the same specifications;
7) The advanced OMRON programmable controller (PLC) is adopted to control the machine running automatically;
8) The air conveyor system is adopted in bottle entry section and the belt conveyor system is adopted in bottle exit section, which can adjust speed and coordinated with transducer of the main machine to make the operations of moving bottle forward steadily and reliably;
9) It is convenient to operate with higher automation as every part of the machine is inspected to run with photoelectric detector;
