Product Description

QGF-600 is an automatic barrel production line for drinking water of 3-5gallon. Meanwhile, it is also suitable to produce barrel wine, vinegar, medicine and so on. This production line is adopted sufficiently tech-knowledge from overseas' drinking water equipment and plus our elaborately design due to our nation tradition to work out. So it has full functions, low energy consumption, low investment, and higher and fast effecting characteristic.
 
This machine has advantage on new design, concise structure, higher precise filling, widely use, the whole machine need 9m2 only, and higher robotization. It is new model drinking water production line.

The Chief part consists of frame, front panel, water tank, main axis, drive gear, filler, capper, shower plug, electric parts, pump etc.
 
Loading four barrels one single-time by pneumatic cylinder completely, characterized by balance running, convenient operation and reliable adjustment.
 
Automatic barrel-loading device consists of barrel-blocking cylinder, barrel-pushing cylinder, and barrel-propping cylinder.
 
Automatic outer brusher consists of bottom brush drive, main brush drive, water tank, pump and frame.
 
De-capping framework consists of speed-regulating motor etc.
 
Automatic leakage-checking apparatus consists of frame, checkout meter, main cylinder, barrel-kicking device, optoelectronic detecting device etc.
 
Automatic de-capper consists of de-capper head, optoelectronic detecting device, air blowing device, and de-capping cylinder etc.
